Metaverse-UA experts took an active part in the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum.
So, the speakers were impressively high caliber. They talked a lot about cyberwarfare and liability (I even wrote down a literal quote for myself – “the consequences qualify a cyberattack”), actor attribution, cyber resilience, and cybercrime. Application of Article 438 of the Criminal Code.
I left thinking about whether it is time to add the term cyber resilience to national legislation or wait until the international community shows us the Cyber Resilience Act?
In general, I thank the organizers for the Forum. I hope that it will not suffer the fate of GCS 2017, which was also no less powerful, but a one-off event.
I would like to note that it has been a long time since I had such an opportunity to see all my friends and colleagues in one place and communicate live. And for this, I would like to express my special gratitude to the organizers.
